• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and process sales quickly and accurately.
• Manage register operations and assist in merchandising.
• Support store management and participate in daily huddles.
• Assist in training peers and welcoming guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderly register area.
• Assist with new shipments and back stock organization.
• Address safety concerns and monitor for shoplifting.
• Help guests locate products and process special orders.
• Explain Ridley’s Advantage card benefits to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
