You will assist in training peers, support management, handle shipments, promote Ridley's Advantage card, and help guests locate items while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hardware products and willingness to learn.
• Sales and marketing experience with retail programs.
• Experience in retail marketing, sales, or back office preferred.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems; MS Word and Excel a plus.
• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction; strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational ability, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding guest service and greet guests.
• Process sales quickly and accurately.
• Maintain register area and stock merchandise.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Support store management and participate in daily huddles.
• Help with shipments and back stock organization.
• Ensure safety and deter shoplifting.
• Assist guests with locating items and special orders.
• Promote Ridley's Advantage card and explain benefits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
