Responsibilities

• Ensure guest receives outstanding service.
• Greet guests, answer phone calls and maintain awareness of promotions.
• Execute daily operational goals set by store management.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Participate in processing shipments and keep receiving/back stock organized.
• Address safety issues and monitor shoplifting activity.
• Assist guests in locating products and processing special orders.
• Promote Ridley's Advantage card and inform customers of benefits.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
