SpaceX is seeking a Development Test Specialist for the Starlink hardware reliability team in Bastrop, TX. You will support development test efforts, design/build fixtures and test setups, and drive reliability investigations for high-volume Starlink production.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting multi-system hardware, executing tests with or without procedures, and communicating results to engineers, management, and production teams to prevent failures and improve designs.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on quality or reliability role in engineering environments.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience fabricating/test fixtures and evaluating test data.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform tests independently or with engineers and document results.
• Develop and document test procedures with engineers.
