Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline or high school diploma with 2+ years experience.
• Experience in hands-on engineering, reliability, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-conformance processes and drive root cause resolution.
• Analyze production defect data for continuous improvement.
• Provide training to ensure Starlink quality standards.
