Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Program/Operations Manager for hardware accessories in Mountain View. The role combines partner operations, contract management, and technical hardware lifecycle execution with a strong focus on certification gates and testing for cellphone screen protection accessories.

The position entails end-to-end program management, drafting and enforcing partner agreements, executive-ready reporting, and maintaining data hygiene across operational trackers.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in partner operations, TPM, hardware project management, or electronics lifecycle.
• Experience managing multi-step workflows, SOWs, Exhibits, NDAs, and security gates.
• Ability to create executive-ready decks synthesizing data for leadership reviews.
• Experience tracking hardware lifecycles and stage-gate processes (EVT/DVT/PVT/Gate 3).
• Proven track record with external brands/ODMs and cross-functional blockers.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Google workspace for trackers and reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute Exhibit A/B agreements and manage NDAs and security gates.
• Prepare VP/Director-ready presentations and milestone scorecards.
• Drive Gate 3 testing milestones and validate hardware compatibility.
• Manage annual refresh schedules and coordinate new category launches.
• Forecast NCU sample demand and maintain master operation trackers.
• Coordinate logistics for samples and negotiations with partners.
