Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of project or program management in automotive hardware.
- Experience managing hardware lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle hardware projects through full product life cycle.
- Own project planning: schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks.
- Lead change management for hardware systems (ECR/ECO) through approval.
- Plan and run program meetings, readiness assessments, and issue resolution.
- Act as central liaison between engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
