Qualifications

• Understanding of product development with module from proto to PVT/RTM.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools to manage complex workflows.
• Strong organization to track items, follow up on feedback and drive tasks to closure.
• End-to-end ownership of complex module schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documenting findings in tickets and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Exposure to supplier evaluation, OEM selection, and CM models.

Responsibilities

• Organize design validation across Client’s and suppliers’ HW DVP dashboard.
• Facilitate internal requirements and verification, including software alignment for vehicle-level milestones.
• Configuration & Change Management: manage CCB and track configurations through lifecycle.
• Document issues and track them to closure.
• Support trade studies to balance competing requirements and guide decisions.
• Identify gaps between subsystems and ensure tests cover them.
