Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years coordinating engineering or new product development projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to lead project review meetings.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, schedules, milestones, and phase-gate reviews.
• Ability to translate SOW/SCD into actionable project plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from kickoff through production and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action item trackers.
• Track progress, identify risks, and work with teams to stay on time.
• Support proposal development with planning and effort estimates.
• Utilize Microsoft Project and Jira to monitor execution and resources.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
• Understand SOW, SCD, and deliverables to align activities.
• Organize meetings and document minutes, tracking items to closure.
• Coordinate phase-gate reviews and ensure documentation is complete before milestones.
• Foster cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality.
