Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead complex hardware R&D programs in the United States. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with diverse technical and operations teams to drive progress and deliverables.

You will lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure timely communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress to leadership via dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• U.S. Person required due to contractual requirements.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder; asylum/refugee status allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of schedules, budgets, resources, and work plans for hardware R&D programs.
• Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams.
• Lead regular status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress through reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate schedules or develop needed technologies.
