Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 seeks a customer-obsessed Program Manager to shepherd development, manufacturing, and deployment of industrial products. You’ll partner with product teams, prototyping squads, customers, engineers, and vendors to drive efficiency and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of program or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
• Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience navigating a knowledge base and following SOPs
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements
• Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions
• 3+ years in hardware product development, manufacturing, or industrial products, with 2+ years directly supporting enterprise customer needs
• Experience using AI to improve reporting and workflows.
• Track record delivering cross functional projects across multiple organizations, communicating tradeoffs and influencing without authority
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to prototyping and production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack
