Job summary

Amazon Manufacturing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the development, manufacturing, and deployment of industrial products. You will coordinate internal product teams with prototyping and customer-facing activities, driving efficiency and an enhanced customer experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership.
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience navigating SOPs.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive improvements.
• Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
• 3+ years in hardware development/manufacturing for enterprise customer needs.
• Experience using AI to improve reporting and workflows.
• Track record delivering cross functional projects across organizations.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes for prototyping/production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to shepherd industrial product development.
• Define and implement process improvements using data and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
• Drive plans across prototyping, manufacturing, and deployment phases.
• Utilize SOPs and data-driven insights to improve reporting and workflows.
• Engage with vendors and contract manufacturers to meet timelines.
