Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager to shepherd development, manufacturing, and deployment of industrial products.

You will be the main liaison between internal product teams and prototyping groups, drive data-driven process improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and ensure timely delivery amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and hands-on manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience in hardware product development, manufacturing or industrial products, with enterprise customer support.
Experience using AI to improve reporting and workflows.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead development, manufacturing, and deployment of industrial products across maturity stages.
Serve as the main liaison between product teams, prototyping groups, customers, and vendors.
Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and SOPs.
Coordinate cross-functional priorities and tradeoffs to influence without authority.
