Eight Sleep is seeking a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead development of innovative products. This role is based in our San Francisco office and requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams.

You will drive concepts to mass production, align leadership on objectives, and navigate programs with a focus on quality, schedule, and risk. Travel to China may be required. Join a high-performance team redefining sleep fitness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Masters of Engineering preferred but not required.
• 3+ years in a program management role.
• Track record of launching successful products.
• Strong communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
• Build alignment with senior leaders to establish objectives and design execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
• Navigate the project team to ensure the right people work on the right tasks at the right time.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and business to align on risks, challenges and results.
• Champion best practices and processes that scale product development.
• Champion delivering the best possible product for a superior customer experience.
