Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Product Knowledge Specialist (technical writer) to craft enterprise-grade support documentation for packaging hardware. You will manage content across lifecycles, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

Collaborative work with global engineering, product management, QA is essential. Responsibilities include improving documentation quality, governance reviews, and knowledge audits, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.
2-4 years in creating technical documentation, preferably in hardware manufacturing.
Experience with style guides, governance, and documentation processes.
Exposure to XML-based CCMS and document control practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global engineering, product management, QA to create manuals and support docs for hardware products.
Maintain and improve knowledge content throughout product lifecycles.
Ensure content meets quality standards, accessibility, and compliance expectations.
Identify knowledge risks and gaps; support governance reviews and knowledge audits.
