WHOOP in Boston is seeking a Technical Program Manager (NPI) to drive manufacturing execution for new hardware from early development through mass production ramp. You will coordinate factory readiness, schedules, risks, and cross-functional resolution with teams at WHOOP HQ and international sites.

The role requires 3+ years in technical program management or hardware manufacturing, experience with contract manufacturers, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in technical program management, manufacturing development, or hardware roles.
• Experience with hardware NPI programs and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or external partners, preferably international.
• Familiarity with SMT, assembly, test, and pack-out; knowledge of yields and throughput.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Drive manufacturing execution for hardware NPI workstreams through prototype to mass production ramp.
• Coordinate contract manufacturer readiness for engineering and production builds.
• Develop and maintain schedules, build plans, risk trackers, and issue lists.
• Support process development, validation, test deployment, and production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and track root causes to closure.
• Support build readiness reviews and provide program updates to stakeholders.
