Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a highly capable Manufacturing Operations lead to drive NPI programs and scale manufacturing for AWS infrastructure products.

You will coordinate with R&D, ODMs, and suppliers to ensure readiness across design, qualification, and ramp stages. You will own the end-to-end manufacturing capability, drive DFx improvements, and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality supply chains that meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years experience managing hardware product development and global manufacturing scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to deliver AWS roadmap and NPIs in global manufacturing locations.
• Drive manufacturing capability and capacity enablement for new product releases.
• Work with R&D and ODM to manage new product/deployment risk and DFx.
• Ensure manufacturing infrastructure and quality control for cost, manufacturability and serviceability.
