Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects (hardware development & manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and NPI.
• Experience managing complex schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and manufacturing projects from concept through commercialization and production.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate engineering activities across Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Automation, Manufacturing, and Software teams.
• Manage NPI projects, transitioning prototypes to automated manufacturing.
• Facilitate project planning, design reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs; drive accountability across teams.
