We are looking for: Program Manager

Eagle Wireless is seeking a Program Manager to own and drive customer programs across the full product lifecycle — from initial engagement and design through qualification, certification, and manufacturing ramp. This role requires hands-on experience managing a product from development through release to manufacturing, and comfort coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality, and external manufacturing partners.

  • Manage customer-facing programs end-to-end: requirements intake, design and engineering coordination, qualification/testing, certification, and transition to volume manufacturing.
  • Own program timelines and deliverables, tracking milestones from NPI (New Product Introduction) through mass production and flagging/resolving risks before they impact schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing expectations and communicating status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing (including contract manufacturing partners) to ensure readiness at each program gate.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including design reviews, build coordination, and manufacturing readiness assessments.
  • Manage BOM, ECO, and documentation control processes in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams.
  • Track and help drive regulatory and carrier certification requirements (e.g., FCC, PTCRB, carrier certification) to support program milestones.
  • Support manufacturing transfer and cutover activities, including coordination between design/engineering sites and manufacturing partners.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, timelines, and risk assessments to internal leadership and customers.
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the PMO to improve program predictability and delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing a product through the full development cycle to manufacturing release — from concept/design through qualification and into volume production.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners.
  • Strong understanding of NPI processes, BOM/ECO management, and manufacturing readiness gates.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting program status to customers and leadership.
  • Proficiency with program/project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, or similar) and standard office/productivity software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the cellular/IoT module, automotive electronics, or wireless communications industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and carrier certification processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) for BOM, inventory, and production tracking.
  • Experience managing programs across multiple manufacturing sites or geographies.
