We are looking for: Technical Project Manager – Product Development & Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering and manufacturing projects supporting the development and production of electronic devices and cellular communication modules. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from concept through design, validation, manufacturing launch, and full-scale production while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and production schedules.
The Technical Project Manager will coordinate efforts across Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Automation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to successfully deliver complex hardware products into a highly automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing environment. This position will be on-site, based in Solon, OH and report to the Head of Capital Projects. Travel ~5%.
The successful Technical Project Manager will serve as the central leader coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams to deliver innovative electronic devices and cellular communication projects on time, within budget, and ready for high-volume production. This individual will drive collaboration, remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure that products transition seamlessly from development into a world-class automated SMT manufacturing environment.
