Job summary

TE Connectivity is hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end Product Development projects, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve on-time launches, budget adherence, cost control and quality targets.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, schedule development, risk management and effective change control, with a focus on manufacturing processes and cross-border collaboration. A engineering degree and 5–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of PM experience in industrial product/hardware.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium to high complexity New Product Development projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent cross functional leadership ability.
• Drive diverse and inclusion workplace by identifying individual differences and their value.
• Stakeholder management – set up cadence with stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Cost Control: manage project capital, expense and resources within budget.
• Economic analysis: support alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, cost calculations.
• Communications: develop Project Communication Plan and report progress.
• Develop project schedules, resources and budget forecasts; track progress and costs.
• Change Management: perform integrated Change Management Control.
• Address and resolve issues/impediments in project.
• Ensure project implementation on time, cost, and quality.
