Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a program management role.
• Track record of launching successful products.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to China as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
• Build alignment with senior leaders to set program objectives and execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
• Navigate the project team to ensure the right people work on the right things at the right time.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and the business to align risks, challenges and results.
• Champion best practices and processes that scale product development.
