You will drive hardware programs from concept through mass production, align executive objectives, and ensure teams collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality products on time.

Qualificações

• Bachelors of Engineering or equivalent required.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in a program management role.
• Proven track record launching hardware products.
• Strong communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
• Align with senior leaders to set objectives and execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
• Guide the project team to ensure right people work on the right tasks at the right time.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and business units to align risks and results.
• Advocate best practices and scalable processes for product development.
• Champion delivery of the best possible product experience for customers.
