Eight Sleep is seeking a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of innovative products from concept to mass production. This role is based in our San Francisco office, five days a week, with occasional travel to China as needed.

You’ll drive alignment with senior leaders, manage cross‑functional teams, and champion best practices to scale product development. Join a fast‑paced, high-performance team shaping the future of sleep fitness and member experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a program management role or equivalent
• Track record of launching successful hardware products
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering disciplines
• Willingness to travel to China as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production
• Establish program objectives with senior leaders and define execution strategies balancing schedule and risk
• Navigate project teams to ensure the right people work on the right tasks at the right time
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and business units to align on risks and results
• Champion best practices and scalable development processes
• Champion release of best-in-class products for optimal customer experience
