Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven track record of launching products successfully.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding, electronics/sensor integration.
• Experience leading early-stage product development efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage mechanical engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering execution across development cycle.
• Shape and execute the hardware product roadmap.
• Manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Travel to Asia to ensure supplier goals are met.
