Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Engineering; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant full-time industry experience.
• Demonstrated informal leadership through mentoring or project leadership with readiness for formal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Hardware Engineers and Technicians to drive growth and execution.
• Own people-management duties including performance, compensation, recognition, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee design, development, and validation of hardware Test and Measurement products with high technical excellence.
• Provide project management support for initiatives across the organization.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design practices and processes.
