Emerson seeks a Manufacturing Automation and Test Engineering Leader to guide the architecture, development, and deployment of automation systems and automated test equipment across its global manufacturing network.

You will lead high-performing teams, drive innovation, and establish scalable solutions that improve quality, productivity, reliability, and operational performance while aligning with Emerson's values of integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership of teams.
• Experience developing automation and test systems for global sites.
• Experience with LabVIEW or similar test/measurement software; coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for design, deployment, and lifecycle management of automation and test systems across Emerson's global network.
• Lead global automation and test engineering teams in design and support of test solutions for electronics and finished products.
• Develop software for automation and test systems (LabVIEW, sequencing, data acquisition, instrument control).
• Establish globally aligned automation/test architectures, standards, cybersecurity controls, and documentation practices.
• Define global test data strategy and analytics to support decision-making.
• Build and manage multi-year roadmaps, budgets, and project portfolios.
