Job summary

You will mentor engineers, build team expertise on Emerson T&M equipment, and collaborate with Business Managers, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to align execution with growth and short-term needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
• General test and measurement knowledge.
• U.S. Persons status may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent across distributed teams.
• Build and maintain engineering expertise in Emerson T&M equipment.
• Collaborate with Business Managers, Marketing, Sales & R&D to align execution with growth.
• Engage with sales to drive customer engagements and priorities.
• Manage ambiguity and drive change as strategy evolves.
• Drive engineering execution excellence and manage special projects.
