Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience.
• Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and delivery focus.
• Ability to lead across HW, mechanical, and ECAD teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development from architecture through to production release.
• Direct a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources.
• Help define product direction for future generations.
• Collaborate with PM, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing.
• Assist in managing OEM relationships and sustaining improvements.
• Support sustaining efforts and implement yield‑improving changes.
