Qualifications

• Experience leading component, hardware, or system engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of NAND flash memory and SSD architectures.
• Broad knowledge of server-class hardware subsystems (CPU, DRAM, power, connectors).
• Experience with EOL/PCN, risk management, and failure analysis methods (8D, FMEA, RCCA).
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and supplier leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of component engineers spanning flash/SSD and server hardware.
• Own qualification lifecycle—from test plans to design-in approval.
• Drive roadmap alignment with storage suppliers and node transitions.
• Establish multi-sourcing strategies and manage EOL/PCN.
• Lead RCCA investigations and improve product quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Hardware Eng, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement.
