Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Manager Hardware Engineering 3 (Discipline Execution lead for Hardware Engineering) based out of Linthicum, MD; Rolling Meadows, IL; or San Diego, CA, with travel up to 25%. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 9+ years of experience (or Master’s with 7+; PhD with 4+)
• Experience across multiple lines of business and functional disciplines
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to lead hardware development across lifecycle

• Discipline Execution: ensure hardware engineering organizations operate with predictable, repeatable rigor
• Process & Standards & Audits: lead team focused on hardware engineering Principles and Operating Procedures
