Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Manager Integration and Test 3 (Discipline Execution lead for Integration and Test Engineering) to join an engineering leadership team. This role is based out of Linthicum, MD or Rolling Meadows, IL or San Diego, CA with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities include leading Integration and Test engineering across the sector, improving processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and 9+ years of experience or
• Master’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of experience or
• PhD in STEM with 4+ years of experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integration and Test Engineering across the sector.
• Define oversight methods and metrics for program performance.
• Collaborate with division teams to implement sector assets and standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Travel up to 25% to support distributed teams.
• Mentor and coach teams on process improvements.
