Experis is seeking a Hardware Asset Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA to manage hardware assets, inventory, and related processes within the Asset Management Department. The role supports IT and operations teams and requires strong organization and communication skills to ensure efficient service delivery.

You will assist with printer/toner asset workflows, document asset controls, and provide basic technical support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or 1–2 years with a degree.
• Knowledge of corporate organization, policies, and procedures.
• Advanced understanding of operating systems and software applications.
• Basic project management skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage hardware assets, including inventory tracking and documentation.
• Support printer, toner, and asset management processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring requirements are met.
• Handle customer-relations issues promptly and escalate problems according to established procedures.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
