Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team, supporting Hardware and Software groups. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, you will act as a subject matter expert, shaping long‑term talent strategy, collaborating with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs, and driving ownership across recruiting activities.

You will operate autonomously, using tools to optimize candidate management and develop strategies, with a focus on university

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Leverage university recruiting trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction with metrics-based measurement (sourcing outreach, data, offer/close rates).
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams and priorities.
