Frederick Block Brick & Stone, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply, has an exciting opportunity as a Territory Manager/Outside Sales expert in the Hardscape/Masonry industry in Winchester, VA. You will develop and expand your territory, working with inside sales support and vendors to promote top-of-the-line products and services.

You will build relationships with architects, GCs, and contractors, drive product specifications, create a detailed annual sales plan, and pursue a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success selling Hardscape/Masonry products in B2B
• Ability to grow territory year over year
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships
• Develop new business opportunities in the local Hardscape/Masonry market
• Drive product specifications with architects and landscape architects
• Collaborate with inside sales and vendors to promote products and services
• Learn and promote new products
• Collaborate on sales promotions and programs with vendors
• Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan
• Review drawings and develop custom system solutions
• Follow projects from design to award (12–24 month cycles)
• Build relationships with architects, GCs and subcontractors
