Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking an Interior Plant Care Technician to service interior plant displays for residential and commercial clients in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will ensure healthy plants, clean spaces, and precise maintenance with a focus on quality workmanship.

You will water, prune, and groom plants, identify pests or diseases, and collaborate with the Service Leader to meet client needs while maintaining equipment and vehicle in top condition.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• First-Aid and CPR cards or willingness to obtain them.
• Horticultural experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Service interior plant displays, water and groom plants on assigned days.
• Identify insects and disease problems and report to Service Leader.
• Keep client site clean, organized and free of water or debris after each visit.
• Maintain work vehicle and tools, ensuring they are clean and functional daily.
