The ideal candidate has 2+ years of arbor experience, ANSI Z133.1-2000 knowledge, a valid driver’s license (CDL within 30 days), and First-Aid/CPR certification. This role involves physical work in all weather and periodic travel.

The Crew Leader is responsible for promoting jobsite safety, completing arbor projects with great precision and efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. This is a full-time year-round position.
