Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand safety instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Strong communication with diverse individuals.
• Excellent customer service skills and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade hard goods donations per quality guidelines.
• Price merchandise using pricing guides, Google Lens, eBay, and other platforms.
• Prepare items for the sales floor and maintain tidy, safe work area.
• Assist with unloading donations and handling donation tablets.
• Ensure PPE is used and follow safety procedures.
• Support store operations with flexibility and teamwork.
