Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care to our residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role covers the 7am to 3pm shift, focusing on ADLs, documentation, and resident well-being.

As a CNA with Benchmark, you will support residents with dignity, engage them in meaningful activities, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, with dementia experience favored.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
