Benchmark Senior Living in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide dedicated care in a warm, home-like setting. You will support residents with daily living activities and monitor health changes to keep the team updated.

The role includes full-time evening and night shifts (3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am) with every other weekend, starting at $19.00 hourly. Benefits include holidays, meal discounts, training, uniforms, retirement plan, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred.
• Experience with dementia care desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Full time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am includes every other weekend
• Starting rate $19.00 Hourly
