Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment. The role focuses on activities of daily living, observation, documentation, and providing emotional support, with two shifts: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, every other weekend.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, meal discounts, training, uniforms, a 401k match, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Full time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am includes every other weekend
• Starting rate $19.00 Hourly
