Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and facilitate moorage assignments and billing.
• Maintain daily records and perform bank deposits.
• Input vessel movements and inventories in marina software; support moorage waiting lists.
• Assist Harbor Master and maintenance with operational tasks and reports.
• Support cleanliness and safety of the marina and harbor facilities.
