Qualifications

• Experience in opening consumer and business checking accounts preferred.
• Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to promote products and cross-sell to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Center Managers in front-line staffing and daily teller activities.
• Lead tellers and manage teller staff; balance vault and perform audits.
• Open all types of consumer and business deposit accounts; cross-sell services.
• Provide VIP service and resolve customer questions with clear communication.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, deposits, and holds within policy limits.
