Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish where required by state).
• Strong communication with customers and management.
• Ability to multitask and balance strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to procedures and site schedule.
• Cleans rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Replace light bulbs; perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report work completed to supervisor daily.
