Qualifications

• 3+ years in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other spaces per procedure.
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, and polishes fixtures and surfaces as directed.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains restroom cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sets up/tears down chairs and equipment for meetings or events.
• Reports work progress to supervisor daily via work order.
