Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions in English (Spanish where state required).
• Strong multitasking ability and balance between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building's schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas.
• Sweep floors, remove debris, mop, and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recyclables; maintain restroom supplies.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and equipment; clean windows and mirrors.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
• Assist with painting, setup and teardown of rooms and events.
• Follow safety rules and report progress to supervisor.
