Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building's schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweeps, mops, and cleans floors and windows.
• Empty trash and recyclables; maintains waste areas.
• Performs minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
