Job summary

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour with shifts Wednesdays and Fridays 5am–10am. Strong communication, ability to read safety rules, and 3+ years of building maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good communication with customers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and site's schedule.
• Cleans rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and windows.
• Mops floors, empties trash, and recycles as needed.
• Repairs minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Sets up and tears down chairs and equipment for meetings.
• Follows safety rules and reports progress to supervisor.
