Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance documents (English; Spanish as required by state).
• Critical thinking with ability to multitask and balance strategy and execution.
• 3+ years of building maintenance experience.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping for attendance and training; company may reimburse cell usage.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in sales floor and seating area.
• Empty trash and recycling; maintain restrooms.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products; maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs and report to supervisor daily.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
