Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Handyperson to support fast-paced operations across client facilities. The role involves routine cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with building upkeep on a full-time schedule.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with benefits through a comprehensive package. Applicants should be able to read safety and maintenance documents and perform minor repairs with attention to safety rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Regularly check trash receptacles and empty as needed.
• Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs; operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Mends minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
• Paint touch up and finish.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment in meeting rooms.
